PRIVACY

Your context should stay yours.

Last updated: 9 September 2026

This notice explains how networkd handles information on this marketing website, private-beta waitlist, invited accounts, and the people and context features currently available.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, affirmative consent, signup source, and basic technical information needed to prevent abuse and operate the form. Rate limiting keeps only a keyed hash of your network address in temporary server memory. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include.

How we use it

We use waitlist information to record your signup, optionally send a receipt, share occasional product updates, invite people to the private beta, and protect the service. A signup receipt is not guaranteed and does not verify that you own the address. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the website. Supabase stores waitlist and account records and provides authentication; Google is used when you choose Google sign-in. Email providers deliver sign-in links and optional waitlist receipts. Sentry may receive sanitized operational error reports, without email addresses, tokens, form contents or private notes. Analytics collection, session recording and form capture are not used.

Retention and your choices

We keep your waitlist entry until you ask us to remove or delete it, or until the waitlist is retired. To request removal, access, correction, or deletion, email privacy@networkd.app. We handle these requests manually. Before sending any marketing campaign, we will use provider-managed unsubscribe controls.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet service can promise absolute security. Our providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to their applicable safeguards.

Invited accounts

An invited account stores your authentication identity, email-based invitation, timezone and notification preferences. If you use the people feature, it also stores the names, company and role details, contact information, locations, plain-text notes, external links and tags that you choose to enter. Supabase processes and stores this data. Authentication may include identity details supplied by Google if you choose that provider. Essential session cookies keep you signed in. We use this information only to verify access and operate your account.

Account information is retained while your account exists. Access, correction and deletion requests are handled manually through the privacy address above; automated export and deletion controls are not yet available. Archiving a person preserves their details, links and tags; permanent deletion is handled by manual request. Backup retention and legal obligations may limit immediate removal from backups.
